What is CDEX?

CDEX –ChinaDiamondEXchange.comis China's EXclusive diamond trading network. We serve as an online community of diamond suppliers, dealers, retailers and wholesalers from China and around the world. CDEX caters uniquely to those interested in selling diamonds in China – currently the industry's largest growing market. You can read more about us here. [about]

How does it work?

We provide the CDEX community with the opportunity to interact with one anotheras well as buy diamonds and sell diamonds. The site also allows CDEX members remain up-to-dateon the latest industry news, trends and insider information.

Members have the opportunity to interact with each other via CDEX Community Posts, where ongoing discussions take place throughout the day. Furthermore, they may sell diamonds by uploading them into our customized diamond inventory system, where they will be searchable via CDEX’s cutting-edge diamond search engine.

We understand the importance of privacy and integrity when holding membership in a group or organization. That said, each seller’s contact information is only available to our Triple-EX account members. Email addresses of all our members are kept completely confidential until a member decides to share the information with a potential buyer or seller.

Why is CDEX a members only website?

It is important for CDEX and its members to be comfortable dealing with diamonds in a trusted network. As such, CDEX is a by invitation, members only service where everyone uses their real names.

Where can I find CDEX member invitations?

We extend invitations to companies in the China Diamond Exchange Center located in Shanghai. If you know someone who works there, you may request an invitation from them.

Alternatively, with the word about CDEX spreading on LinkedIn, invitations may be available in LinkedIn’s diamond industry and related groups.

Why do I need to register?

Members of the CDEX community go by their real names. This allows us to build a trusted network for real diamond industry players to trade diamonds.

Once registration is complete, members can instantly view discussions and reach out to potential buyers and sellers.
